Notions Systems migrated Infinity from the Mustang Message Center email management solution to the Avaya Interaction Center Email system. The project involved the re-creation of the business rules, routing logic, knowledgebase and resources previously utilized by the business. Also, Notions customized the system, creating tools specific to addressing Infinity’s specific needs. The system is now capable of integrating to other systems and can be expanded to encompass additional channels of communication including fax, phone & web
