This series of projects makes CRM data, previously on laptops, available on Palm handheld devices. Personnel often need to be away from their laptops, which cannot be used in many of their customer locations. The effort automates a series of application functionalities, which previously had been gathered manually, such as synchronizing the field person’s laptop, the enterprise applications and the Palm device. |
