Notions Systems built, implemented and tested a fully customized CRM application for nAL to provide outsourced service to their customers. In need of a fully customized solution with integration to multiple legacy applications, including an order fulfillment system, Notions built a system that provided an intuitive, efficient customer service tool for CSR’s to conduct business. The Notions team also built a full website and eCommerce system, providing parts, ordering and status information on the web. The end result is a full CRM system that provides the functionality, infrastructure, information and performance necessary for an effective customer service facility that can be expanded, over time, to accommodate changing business needs.
