Notions Systems helped Wellmark International enhance, automate and integrate their central contact center application with other enterprise information systems. The work included an improvement to the processing, storage, access and display of data across the enterprise. To do so, Notions designed and developed custom data processing services, data feeds, import tools and custom parsing engines and conduits utilizing various technologies methods. Further, logging and alert systems were created for quality assurance and data integrity purposes.
The system is now better able to meet Wellmark’s long term needs, while allowing the company to more productively utilize existing investments in technology. Notions delivered on-time and on-budget, helping the company effectively address their business challenges.
